Abstract
In response to strong demand and long mining period of stone materials used for the sloping breakwaters under the conditions of deep water soft base,a deep-water breakwater project was selected to discuss various design plans covering two mixed caisson structures,one vertical caisson structure and four embedded cylinder structures.The above research led to a new type of breakwater that is different from the riprap sloping breakwater.The new structure had the advantages of structure safety,durability,construction feasibility,reasonable cost and shorter construction period,in addition,it required less stone material.In the case,its application brought better technical and economic effects.关键词
