科产教融合的医疗信息化卓越创新人才培养体系构建与实施
摘要
Abstract
Under the overarching framework of the National Strategy for the Development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangdong Province has witnessed rapid advancements in cutting-edge industries such as artificial in-telligence,big data,intelligent medical robotics,and smart healthcare.These developments have generated new demands for talent cultivation.This project conducts an analysis of the current status of reforms to the cultivation model for exceptional innovative talents in healthcare informatics at Guangdong Medical University,identifies existing challenges in cultivating such talents,and proposes plans and implementation strategies for further deepening the reform of this innovative talent cultivation model.The goal is to build a distinctive and uniquely effective pathway for nurturing exceptional innovative talents,thereby providing robust talent support for the advancement of healthcare in the Greater Bay Area and the nation as a whole.关键词
