基于扎根理论的高校青年教师职业压力负荷识别研究

Abstract
Occupational stress overload among junior teachers in Chinese universities has become a social consensus,and how to effectively identify occupational stress load is an urgent problem to be solved.Although many explorations have been car-ried out in previous studies using theoretical analysis and questionnaires,there are limitations in the identification of occupational stress load of junior college teachers in the presence of unclear definition of stress and unclear formation mechanism.In this pa-per,we conducted in-depth interviews and coding with 12 junior teachers from"double first-class"university,identified the oc-cupational stress load of junior college teachers using grounded theory,and analyzed the influence mechanism of occupational stress load.The study found that the occupational stressors of young university teachers mainly include research and scholarship,teaching and talent cultivation,administrative arrangements,and career promotion;external support from the organization and fam-ily,and teachers'own coping attitudes are mitigating factors.The study further summarizes the formation mechanism of stress load,reveals the root causes of occupational stress load of young university teachers from the perspective of hedging between pressure and relief,and provides management insights for the design of intervention mechanisms.关键词
