药学硕士研究生科研创新能力培养的影响因素及提升对策

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the ongoing"Healthy China"strategy and the development of new medical disciplines,the whole society has paid significantly more attention to health,and the demand for high-end medical talents is increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of scientific research and innovation capabilities of pharmacy master's students.This study conducted a questionnaire survey with 508 pharmacy master's students as samples and used regression analy-sis to evaluate the impact of individual factors(such as research interest and awareness),supervisor factors(such as guidance a-bility and academic level),and school factors(such as academic atmosphere and research facilities)on research and innovation capabilities.The results showed that individual factors(B=0.293),supervisor factors(B=0.185),and school factors(B=0.310)all had significant positive effects on research and innovation capabilities(p<0.001).Among them,school factors had the greatest im-pact on problem analysis and problem-solving abilities,individual factors were most prominent in knowledge construction,and su-pervisor factors played a strong guiding role in problem discovery.It is recommended to enhance research interest,improve su-pervisor guidance ability,and optimize the research environment to comprehensively improve the research and innovation capabili-ties of pharmacy master's students and cultivate high-level innovative talents for the pharmaceutical field.关键词
