教育科技人才一体化发展背景下科研育人实现路径研究

Abstract
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has integrated education,science and technology,and talent,with scientific research and education as the core hub for the deep integration of the three.Its strategic value and practical significance are increasingly prominent.By analyzing key influencing factors such as subject object interaction,institu-tional mechanisms,and content systems,combined with the latest requirements of the"Outline of the Plan for Building an Edu-cation Strong Country(2024-2035)",this paper proposes an implementation path for scientific research and education in universi-ties under the background of integrated science and education technology and talent from four dimensions:top-level design,col-laborative mechanism,evaluation reform,and case innovation.关键词
