国防科技领域校企合作订单式研究生培养探索与实践
摘要
Abstract
Under the backdrop of industry-education integration becoming an important direction for China's higher education reform,this paper takes the order-based postgraduate education program jointly conducted by the College of Electronic Science,National University of Defense Technology,and multiple military enterprises in the electronic information field as an example.This study introduces the conceptual meaning and practical logic of order-oriented graduate cultivation,explores practical ap-proaches in areas such as jointly developing training plans between universities and enterprises,innovating the dual-supervisor system,achieving dual coordination between technological innovation and education,co-building specialized teaching resources,and talent selection and evaluation.Additionally,the study provides countermeasure prospects for current challenges and problems.The relevant experience can serve as a reference for deepening the integration of industry and education in graduate training and enhancing university-enterprise collaboration in the defense technology sector,thereby supporting the resolution of mismatches be-tween educational supply and industrial demand.关键词
