地方高校"一流学科"创建的困境与路径探索(困境篇)
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the deepening of the national"Double First-class"construction strategy,local universities,as an important part of the higher education system,the creation of"first-class disciplines"is of key significance to regional develop-ment and national innovation-driven strategy.This paper takes a local colleges and universities as a research case,focuses on the practical dilemma of the construction of"first-class disciplines"in local universities,and systematically analyses the core problems existing in local colleges and universities in discipline construction,such as insufficient number of doctoral programmes,unbalanced discipline development,lack of high-level leading talents,weak support platform,lagging emerging interdisciplinary and imperfect management mechanism from the dimensions of discipline layout,talent team,scientific research platform,achieve-ment transformation,and imperfect management mechanism.This study provides an empirical basis and theoretical reference for subsequent exploration of breakthrough paths and deepening the reform of higher education.关键词
