"慕课西行2.0"背景下同步课堂智慧教学的实践与探索

摘要

Abstract

"MOOC Westward 2.0",a continuation and deepening of version 1.0,provides an important path for promoting balanced development of higher education in central and western China.The course"Biochemical Separation Analysis Technology and Principles"at Sun Yat-sen University is essential for the development and construction of the biotechnology major at Kashi University.Based on synchronous classroom intelligent teaching,the teaching of"Preparation of Biomacromolecules"and"Chro-matography Expansion"has been carried out,which integrates online and offline ways,focused on key content such as insulin preparation and chromatography technology,supplemented by virtual simulation experiments and real case analyses,combined with extracurricular salon interactions,break through regional and resource limitations,and achieve complementary advantages and re-source synergy.This has effectively enhanced the practical abilities and disciplinary vision of students at Kashi University,and lays a foundation for cultivating more high-quality biotechnology talents that adapt to regional development.
