Abstract
By studying the medical theories and insights in the Bianzheng Lu·Linzheng Men by Chen Shiduo,this article summarized Chen Shiduo's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of stranguria,sorted out the methods for syndrome differentiation and treatment of stranguria as well as thinking on prescription formulation and medication,and analyzed experience and characteristics in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of stranguria,aiming to provide benefits for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of stranguria.Chen Shiduo believed that the onset of stranguria is caused by unsmooth discharge of essence,exogenous pathogenic factors,and improper health maintenance.In terms of syndrome differentiation,Chen Shiduo focused on detailed analysis of symptoms while attaching less importance to pulse conditions,emphasizing the etiology and taking the constitution into account.In terms of treatment,Chen Shiduo emphasized tonifying over clearing,and frequently used warm-natured medicines and medicines with tonifying effects as the sovereign medicines.The dosages of sovereign medicines,ministerial medicines,assistant medicines,and guide medicines were clearly distinguished.关键词
