遮光对台农16号菠萝植株生长发育与抗病性及果实品质的影响
Effects of Shading on Growing Development,Disease Resistance and Fruit Quality of Pineapple Plants of Tainong 16

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of different shading rate on growing development,disease resistance and fruit quality of Tainong 16 pineapple plants were investigated to provide a theoretical basis for pineapple production in low-altitude heat areas of Guizhou Province.[Method]The differences in growing development,disease resistance and fruit quality of Tainong 16 pineapple plants grown under six different shading rates of full sunlight(CK),35%shading rate(T1),45%shading rate(T2),65%shading rate(T3),75%shading rate(T4)and 85%shading rate(T5)were analyzed by investigating monthly growth indexes,morphological indexes,plant resistance and fruit quality.[Result]In the summer with high temperature and light intensity,the moderate shading was beneficial to growth of Tainong 16 pineapple plants,the short-term high shading rate was beneficial to sprouting of new leaves,and the excessive shading rate and shading duration inhibited growing development of pineapple plants.After six months of shading treatment,total number of new leaves in T1-T5 was lower than that of CK.There was no significant difference in total number of new leaves among T1,T2 and CK,but total number of new leaves of T3,T4,and T5 was significantly lower than CK.The monthly increase in plant height showed an overall trend of"decrease-rise-decrease".The total newly increased growth in plant height of T1 and T2 was 2.63%and 5.75%higher than CK,respectively,but T3,T4,and T5 was 8.91%,8.07%,and 24.50%lower than CK,respectively.With increase of shading rate,the leaves of pineapple plants gradually became thinner and longer,and the natural flowering rate showed an increasing trend(the highest value of T5 was 48.63%)overall.The core rot incidence showed a decreasing first and then increasing trend with increase of shading rate,and the core rot incidence of T2 was 12.41%(the lowest),and significantly lower than CK.The single fruit weight,transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter showed an increasing first and then decreasing trend with increase of shading rate,and the single fruit weight,transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of T2 reached the maximum value.The content of vitamin C,soluble sugar,titratable acid and soluble solids showed an increasing first and then decreasing trend with increase of shading rate,and the crude protein content of T2 was 6.16%(the highest),and 32.97%higher than CK.[Conclusion]The shading has a significant impact on growing development,disease resistance,and fruit quality of Tainong 16.Total growth in newly increased plant height,core rot incidence and fruit appearance quality of Tainong 16 grown under 45%shading rate(T2)are the maximum,minimum and best respectively,and the overall fruit quality is second only to T3.In conclusion,45%shading rate is beneficial to growing development,fruit yield and quality of Tainong 16.关键词
