花生赤霉素氧化酶GA20ox基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of Gibberellin 20-Oxidase(GA20ox)Gene in Peanut

Abstract
[Objective]The members and characteristics of gene structure of gibberellin synthesis oxidase gene(GA20ox)family in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)were studied,which provided reference for the function mechanism of GA20ox in regulating the growth and development of peanut.[Method]GA20ox family members from the cultivated peanut were genome-wide identified using bioinformatics,in order to analyze the characteristics,including gene structure,evolutionary relationships,basic physical and chemical properties,conserved domains,cis-acting elements,chromosomal localization,collinearity relationship and selection pressure.[Result]A total of 14 GA20ox genes were identified from genome of cultivated peanut,which were unevenly distributed on 12 different chromosomes in peanut.The gene and protein structure were highly conserved,and the proteins were acidic with stable and hydrophilic chemical and physical properties.6 proteins were located in the cytoplasm and 8 were located in the nucleus.The phylogenetic analysis showed that GA20ox genes could be divided into 6 groups.Peanuts were closely related to soybeans,while rapeseed was closely related to Arabidopsis.The GA20ox promoter had a large number of elements,including transcriptional regulation,light response,hormone response and stress response.Some GA20ox genes in peanut exhibited collinear relationships with multiple intra-family genes simultaneously.The Ka/Ks values of peanut GA20ox family genes were all<1,indicating that these genes evolved under the pressure of purified selection.The GA20ox gene from peanut had 39 and 11 collinearity relationships with soybean and Arabidopsis,respectively,as peanut and soybean exhibit stronger syntenic conservation.[Conclusion]The promoter regions of peanut GA20ox genes are enriched with diverse functional elements involved in transcriptional initiation,light response,stress response and phytohormone signaling,suggesting that the GA20ox gene family may play a key role in regulating the growth and development of peanut.关键词
