Abstract

[Objective]The spatial distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in Suijiang Banbianhong plum orchards were studied to provide a basis for scientific fertilization management and rational utilization of land resources in orchards.[Method]Using soil from Suijiang Banbianhong plum orchards as the research subject,field surveys and laboratory analysis were combined to measure soil pH,organic matter content,and the contents of macronutrients,mesonutrients and micronutrients.Arc-GIS 10.6 was used for interpolation processing of nutrient indicators to create spatial distribution maps of soil nutrients.[Result]Significant differences existed in the spatial distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in Suijiang Banbianhong plum orchards.The average soil pH and organic matter content were 5.0 and 18.1 g/kg,respectively.The macronutrient contents were hydrolyzable nitrogen(76.8 mg/kg),available phosphorus(8.2 mg/kg),available potassium(66.3 mg/kg),total nitrogen(1.1 g/kg),and slowly available potassium(379.1 mg/kg).The mesonutrient contents were exchangeable calcium(1 931.1 mg/kg),exchangeable magnesium(189.7 mg/kg),and available sulfur(13.6 mg/kg).The micronutrient contents were available zinc(1.2 mg/kg),available manganese(36.6 mg/kg)and available boron(0.3 mg/kg).The soil was overall strongly acidic,accounting for 76.4%of the sampled area.Organic matter was at a moderate level,accounting for 63.2%.For macronutrients,total nitrogen was at a medium-high level(72.10%of samples);Hydrolyzable nitrogen was moderate(68.6%);Available phosphorus was moderate(74.2%);Slowly available potassium ranged from moderate to medium-high(67.2%);Available potassium was moderate(89.3%).For mesonutrients,exchangeable calcium ranged from adequate to abundant(81.4%of samples);Exchangeable magnesium ranged from deficient to adequate(73.8%).Available sulfur ranged from deficient to adequate(92.1%).For micronutrients,available zinc ranged from adequate to abundant(99.5%of samples);Available manganese was abundant to high(99.4%);Available boron was deficient(95.5%).[Conclusion]The spatial distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in Suijiang Banbianhong plum orchards exhibit significant differences,necessitating targeted optimization of management practices.During actual cultivation,it is recommended to increase the application of organic fertilizers and green manure to enhance soil organic matter content,appropriately supplement phosphorus and boron fertilizers to effectively address deficiencies in phosphorus and boron,and to apply soil conditioners in combination to mitigate the effects of soil acidification.
