Estimation of Parameters for Load-sharing Parallel Systems under Exponential Pareto Distribution
摘要
Abstract
The exponential Pareto distribution has a wide range of applications in areas such as survival analysis and income difference analysis.This article investigates the estimation of parameters for the load-sharing parallel system when the underlying distribution of component lifetime is exponential pareto with two unknown shape parameters and one scale parameter.The appropriate iterative method is used to discuss the parameter estimators,and the asymptotic distribution of the proposed maximum likelihood estimator is presented.For the simplified model,the maximum likelihood estimates of parameters are obtained,and the confidence intervals for the parameters are constructed using the bootstrap technique.Finally,some appropriate simulation methods and an example are used to illustrate the proposed methods.关键词
