摘要

Abstract

Demyelinating diseases are characterized by demyelination,accompanied by abnormal nerve conduction caused by neuronal and axonal injury.In the central nervous system,oligodendrocytes are responsible for myelin formation,and their dys-function is closely related to the pathological aggregation of α-synuclein.The soluble protein misfolds under pathological condi-tions,interferes with oligodendrocyte function through oligomerization deposition,and then causes demyelination and white matter damage.This article focuses on the molecular mechanism of α-synuclein misfolding and its pathological aggregation in oligodendro-cytes,and discusses the mechanism of the influence of related hypotheses on the occurrence and development of demyelinating dis-eases,in order to provide new intervention targets for clinical treatment.
