Abstract
The absolute value ΔL of the brightness change before and after material marking was used as the evaluation index for the marking effect,and the effects of the power,operating frequency,marking speed,and defocusing of the laser marking equipment on the marking effect of flame-retardant ABS were studied.The results showed that as the marking power increased,the color after marking gradually deepened,but if the power was too high,the marking edge would not be clear;The marking frequency increased,and the color of the material after marking gradually became lighter;The laser marking speed had the best marking effect at medium and high speeds,and too fast or too slow can cause the color to become lighter after marking;At zero defocusing,the color after marking was the darkest.By comparison,this article provides the optimal process for laser marking of light colored flame-retardant ABS materials.关键词
