摘要

Abstract

This paper seeks to explore the effect of oxygen-containing functional group agent on the flotation of the low-rank coal in Ningdong.The study performs the flotation experiments by taking dode-canone,dodecanol,oleic acid,dodecanal and methyl dodecanoate as the collectors,and characterizes and analyzes the effects of oxygen-containing functional group collectors on the surface structure and func-tional groups of the coal samples before and after flotation through contact angle,FTIR and Zeta poten-tial.The results show that the five reagents can enhance the flotation effect in different degrees in order of effectiveness with Methyl dodecanoate>Dodecanal>Dodecanone>Oleic acid>Dodecanol;all five reagents increase the contact angle of the coal samples by the best enhancement effect of methyl dode-canoate for flotation.Compared with the raw coal,the peak area of polar functional groups of the five treated coal samples decreases,and the hydrophobicity and floatability increase;the coal samples in the reagent system have higher C content and lower O content.
