基于改进各向异性扩散滤波的表面形貌分析方法
Surface topography analysis method based on improved anisotropic diffusion filtering
摘要
Abstract
For discontinuous surfaces with multi-hole and multi-scale roughness,traditional filtering methods have limitations of boundary distortion and directional information loss.An improved anisotropic diffusion filtering method was proposed.By modifying the discrete diffusion formula and introducing a boundary detection operator,an eight-directional anisotropic diffusion filtering model was constructed.Based on the traditional four-directional diffusion,this model introduced diagonal neighborhood information,which could solve the problem of ignoring surface information in other directions.By automatically terminating diffusion at boundaries,it effectively overcame the boundary effect.Experimental results show that compared with Gaussian filtering and traditional four-directional diffusion methods,the separation accuracy of form error and waviness of the proposed method is significantly improved.There is no distortion in the boundary area,and the multi-scale errors are separated well.It provides a new approach for the topography analysis of discontinuous surfaces,which has a great importance on realizing manufacturing error tracing and process optimization.关键词
