摘要

Abstract

To study the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the electric drive transmission system of new energy vehicles at different motor speeds and determine the appropriate working range,considering the electromechanical coupling between permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and transmission system,gear force and its time-varying meshing stiffness,bearing time-varying load and its clearance,tooth side clearance,transmission error and other factors,the lumped mass method was used to establish the nonlinear dynamic model of electric drive transmission system.The Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the vibration differential equation of the system,and the bifurcation diagram,time domain diagram,phase diagram,Poincaré section,spectrum diagram and wavelet time frequency diagram of the gear pairs at all levels of the system were obtained.The influence of the external excitation frequency on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the transmission system at all levels was explored.Results show that the electric drive transmission system has obvious nonlinear characteristics at different speeds,and selecting the appropriate speed range can effectively avoid the unstable branches of the system and reduce the vibration of the system.
