摘要

Abstract

To investigate the influence mechanism of motor speed excitation frequency and system internal parameters on the dynamics and stability of the gear transmission system of pure electric vehicles,a nonlinear dynamics model of the gear transmission system of pure electric vehicles was constructed by comprehensively considering the time-varying meshing stiffness,time-varying support stiffness,tooth-side clearance,and bearing clearance,and other factors.The system dynamics differential equations were solved by the Lunger-Kutta method,and the influence mechanisms of rotational speed excitation frequency,meshing damping and time-varying meshing stiffness on the system dynamics were investigated by the three-dimensional spectrograms,bifurcation diagrams,phase diagrams,and Poncalai cross sections of the system.In addition,the multi-scale method and time-lag control parameters were combined to determine the main resonance stability conditions of the system,and the effects of time-lag control parameters and speed excitation frequency on the main resonance of the system were investigated.The accuracy of the dynamics model was also verified by experimental control through the comprehensive test bench of secondary helical gearbox.Results show that the pure electric vehicle gear transmission system has rich nonlinear characteristics,and the stability of the pure electric vehicle gear transmission system can be effectively improved by avoiding the motor speed instability interval and rationally designing the internal parameters of the system.
