Abstract

To determine the optimal air conditioning cold and heat source scheme for colleges and universities,a university campus in Shijiazhuang is taken as the research object.By calculating the initial investment and operating costs,an economic analysis of different air conditioning schemes is conducted.The results show that although the air source heat pump system has a relatively low investment,its cooling efficiency in summer is relatively low.The investment cost of using only the ground source heat pump system is too high,and its operating cost is not significantly reduced compared with the system of ground source heat pump coupled with air source heat pump.The ground source heat pump coupled with air source heat pump system is the optimal choice,with an initial investment of 19.5 million yuan and an annual operating cost of 2.95 million yuan.This solution saves 7.49 million yuan in investment compared with a single ground source heat pump system and 1.23 million yuan in annual operating costs compared with an air source heat pump system.It has a static payback period of 8 a and can achieve soil cold and heat balance in winter and summer.This research demonstrates that the coupled system is both economical and sustainable.
