Robust optimization regulation decision-making method for virtual power plants based on multiple time scales
摘要
Abstract
A multiple time scales robust optimization scheduling method is proposed,and the coordinated scheduling of day-ahead,intraday and real-time is achieved through a hierarchical optimization framework.The wind and solar output scenes are generated by Latin hypercube sampling,and the improved K-means algorithm is used for scene reduction to effectively handle uncertainties.During the modeling process,the robust optimization problem is transformed into a deterministic model for solution,and the energy storage system is introduced to participate in peak-valley regulation.The results show that this method improves the economy and reliability of the system and enhances the system's ability to cope with power fluctuations through a multi-time-scale coordination mechanism.关键词
