Abstract

Aiming at the problems of severe air leakage and frequent blockage of the air preheater in the 600 MW supercritical coal-fired unit boiler,the application effect of flexible contact sealing technology is studied.It adopts components such as self-lubricating alloy sliders,Inconel X-750 special springs and double-layer nested rotating shafts to achieve gapless dynamic sealing.The results show that after the transformation,the air leakage rate has dropped below 5.2%,with a reduction of 47.3%~49.5%.The annual electricity consumption of wind turbines is saved by 1 431 kW and 20 800 t of standard coal.The comprehensive economic benefit reached 26.147 million yuan,and the static investment payback period was only 5.3 months.Long-term tracking shows that the system operates stably with an annual wear of 0.3 mm to 0.4 mm,verifying the obvious advantages of this technology in energy-saving and consumption reduction,reliability.
