Profitability analysis of natural gas power generation projects based on the overall model of the natural gas industry chain

Abstract
Natural gas power generation,as a component of the natural gas industry chain,plays a significant role in achieving energy-saving and low-carbon goals and promoting the green transformation of the energy structure.To fully tap the potential of natural gas power generation in the natural gas industry chain,taking the three gas-fired power plant projects A,B and C as the research objects,an overall model of the natural gas industry chain is established,and the factors affecting the profitability of natural gas power generation are analyzed.The results show that due to the use of high-priced liquefied natural gas(LNG)as the main gas source,the profitability of the industrial chain of power plant A is relatively weak.Power plant C has strong profitability thanks to the combination of LNG and pipeline gas as well as the high on-grid electricity price.The on-grid electricity price is a relatively sensitive factor affecting the profits of the industrial chain,while the influence of utilization hours and ancillary service revenue is relatively small.关键词
