Research Progress on the Role and Application of Probiotics in the Prevention and Treatment of Pet Diseases
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing number of pet-owning households,pet health issues have received growing attention.The gut microbiota plays a crucial role in animal health.Probiotics have a significant positive impact on the health of pet dog and cat.Probiotics regulate the intestinal microbiome,improve intestinal function,promote the growth of beneficial bacteria,and inhibit harmful pathogenic microorganisms,thereby maintaining intestinal health and enhancing overall immunity in pets.Additionally,probiotics have been shown to improve pets' nutritional metabolism,promoting digestion and absorption.Probiotics have broad potential in pet health management.This review focuses on the mechanisms by which probiotics prevent and treat pet diseases,to provid a theoretical foundation for the development of more targeted probiotic products.关键词
