内蒙古杜泊羊鼻咽拭子和肛拭子样本的全病毒组分析
Whole-Virome Analysis on Nasopharyngeal and Anal Swabs of Dupo Sheep in Inner Mongolia

Abstract
To investigate the virus carrying situation of sheep in Inner Mongolia region,nasopharyngeal swab and anal swab samples of 30 adult sheep and 10 diarrheic lambs from a large-scale Dupo sheep farm in Inner Mongolia were analyzed for full-spectrum virological analysis using a combination of meta-transcriptomic and multiple displacement amplification methods,which resulted in the identification of a total of 12 mammalian virus families.Genetic evolutionary analyses of astroviruses,enteroviruses,stomatitis viruses and rotaviruses revealed that astroviruses were genetically different from existing known viruses and were new viral species,while enteroviruses,stomatitis viruses and rotaviruses showed less differences with the reference strains.The PCR detection revealed the prevalence of the viruses carried by sheep in the farm and exhibited mixed infections,which obtained the background data of the viral diseases present in this farm.The research results enriched the data of the diversity of viruses carried by Dupo sheep in the region,laying a foundation,which helps understand the diversity of viruses carried by Dupo sheep and prevent viral infectious diseases.关键词
