饲料中添加Zn-MHA对红螯螯虾生长性能、消化酶活性及抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Zn-MHA on Growth Performance,Digestive Enzyme Activity and Antioxidant Capacity of Australian Red Claw Crayfish

Abstract
In order to investigate the effects of different zinc additions on the growth,digestion and antioxidant capacity of Cherax quadricarinatus,zinc hydroxymethionine(Zn-MHA)was used as the zinc source and added to the basal diet of the Cherax quadricarinatus at 0,15,30,60,and 90 mg/kg,respectively.The initial body weights of the Cherax quadricarinatus were selected at(0.50±0.01)g,and the diets were fed for 8 weeks to detect the effects of different Zn-MHA additions on the growth,digestion and antioxidant capacity of the Cherax quadricarinatus.MHA additions were tested to determine the effects of different Zn-MHA additions on various indexes of Cherax quadricarinatus.The results showed that the specific growth rate,weight gain rate,hepatopancreatic index,lipase,amylase,pepsin in the hepatopancreas and intestines,GSH-PX,T-SOD,T-AOC,CAT activities in the hepatopancreas and the expression of GPX and CuZn-SOD genes in the hepatopancreas were all significantly(P<0.05)higher at the spiked level of 60 mg/kg,as compared with the control group.MDA content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).It indicated that the addition of Zn-MHA to the feed could promote the growth of Cherax quadricarinatus,improve the digestion and antioxidant capacity of hepatopancreas and intestine,and the best effect was achieved at the addition level of 60 mg/kg.关键词
