加巴喷丁单用与联合神经阻滞治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的meta分析
Meta-analysis of Gabapentin alone versus combined nerve block for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Gabapentin alone and in combination with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and Wanfang Database were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)comparing Gabapentin monotherapy(control group)with Gabapentin combined with nerve block(experimental group)in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Three researchers independently screened all eligible studies.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 1 804 articles were retrieved,and 14 RCTs meeting the criteria were selected,involving 838 patients.The results of the meta-analysis showed that in terms of pain control,the experimental group was superior to the control group(SMD=-1.34,95％CI:-1.51--1.16,P＜0.001),the incidence of dizziness adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(RR=0.48,95％CI:0.30-0.76,P=0.002).There were no statistically significant differences in the treatment effective rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions such as drowsiness,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with Gabapentin alone,Gabapentin combined with nerve block therapy is more effective in relieving pain and has higher safety.关键词
