阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病患者中的应用效果
Application effect of Atorvastatin combined with Ezetimibe in patients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Atorvastatin combined with Ezetimibe in patients with atheroscle-rotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).Methods A total of 198 patients with ASCVD admitted to the Beijing Huairou Hos-pital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(99 cases)and the observation group(99 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Atorvastatin,while the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin combined with Ezetimibe.The blood lipid indicators(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol),inflammatory response indicators(C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate),liver,kidney,and muscle safety indicators(alanine aminotransferase[ALT],aspartate aminotransferase[AST],urea nitrogen,creatinine,creatine kinase),adverse reactions,and major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)were compared between two groups.Results The levels of serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,triglycerides,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,triglycerides,C-reactive protein and ery-throcyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no signifi-cant differences in the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,ALT,AST,urea nitrogen,creatinine,creatine kinase between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions or MACE between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Ezetimibe treatment can improve the blood lipid levels and inflammatory response of ASCVD patients to a certain extent,reduce the incidence of non fatal myocardial infarction,and protect liver,kidney,and muscle function to a certain extent,with safety.关键词
