亚毫开级NTC热敏电阻温度计研制及校准方法研究
Research on the Development and Calibration Methods of Sub-milliKelvin NTC Thermistor Thermometers

Abstract
To break through the technical barriers of high-precision NTC thermistor thermometers,a high-stability NTC thermistor thermometer is developed,accompanied by research on its calibration methodology and stability evaluation techniques.By comparing the calibration deviations and analyzing propagation uncertainty across 4~7 calibration points,a five-point(0.01,15,29.764 6,45,and 60 ℃)calibration scheme combined with the Hoge-4 equation is proposed as the optimal method.A calibration uncertainty better than 0.8 mK(k=2)across the full temperature range of 0~60 ℃ is achieved,with a reduced uncertainty of no more than 0.6 mK(k=2)in the critical 22 ℃ region.Long-term stability of the self-developed NTC thermometer is tested by using fixed points and comparison methods,demonstrates that the stability of the sensor outperforms 0.4 mK.The self-heating effect is strongly correlated with excitation current and ambient temperature.To ensure sub-millikelvin temperature measurement accuracy,a working current of no more than 0.01 mA is recommended.This research provides key technical support for the engineering application and standard development of domestically produced high-precision NTC thermistor thermometers.关键词
