Abstract
[Objective]In view of the characteristics of leachate of domestic waste incineration power plant such as high organic matter,ammonia nitrogen and long start-up period,the process design,process commissioning,operation effect analysis and economic benefit of the project are systematically described by taking a leachate treatment project of a waste incineration power plant in Hainan as an example.[Methods]The design treatment scale of the project was 450 m3/d,and the main process flow of"pretreatment+upflow anaerobic sludge bed+membrane bio-reactor+nanofiltration+reverse osmosis+reduction system(treat the concentrated water produced by nanofiltration/reverse osmosis)"was adopted.The effluent quality needed to meet the requirements of makeup water for intercooled open circulating cooling water system in Reuse of Urban Recycling Water—Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923-2024).[Results]The chemical oxygen demand(COD)and ammonia nitrogen)in the final effluent of this combined process The average contents were 5.6 mg/L and 0.49 mg/L,respectively,and the average removal rates by the biochemical system were 98.4%and 99.6%respectively.The average concentrations of dissolved solids and chlorides were 651 mg/L and 198 mg/L,respectively,and the average removal rates of them by the membrane system were 95.50%and 95.56%respectively.[Conclusion]This combined process operates smoothly and efficiently.The direct operating cost per unit of water volume is 31.45 yuan.The system recovery rate can reach 80%.The produced water is used as supplementary water for the cooling tower circulation in the power plant,and the concentrated water is used for the preparation of lime slurry or re-injected into the furnace,thus achieving"zero discharge"of wastewater.These on-site practices have provided valuable experience for the"zero discharge"treatment project of landfill leachate.关键词
