Abstract
To reveal the reaction mechanism and performance characteristics of fly ash in the alkali-activated cementitious system,the chemical reaction process and long-termdurability evolution law of the material under different fly ash dosages were analyzed by XRD test,carbonization depth test and unconfined compressive strength test.The results show that the reaction between fly ash and alkaline solution continuously generates silicoaluminate gel phase,and the generation amount increases exponentially with the reaction time.With the decrease of fly ash content and the increase of calcium carbide slag content,the carbonization depth of the specimens decreased and increased respectively from 7 to 21 days and 28 days.The surface pH value decreased approximately linearly.The compressive strength first increases and then decreases.Therefore,by controlling the dosage of fly ash,it is possible to achieve a coordinated improvement in carbon reduction and durability while ensuring mechanical properties.关键词
