摘要

Abstract

Wood adhesives with high water resistance were prepared by combining isocyanate with Polyvinyl acetate.FTIR was adopted to characterize the composite emulsion film.The influence of various isocyanate,the amount of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate(PAPI)on the viscosity,water absorption and wet strength were investigated respectively.The results indicated that polyurethane-urea structure with strong hydrogen bonding effects was formed in the composite emulsion film after the combining of isocyanate,with the increasing content of PAPI,the viscosity and wet strength increased,while equilibrium water absorption rate decreased at the same time interval.PAPI is conducive to improving the water resistance of the composite emulsion film.
