摘要

Abstract

Smart bearings are mechatronic devices that integrate bearings,sensing units,data processing,and communication modules into a single system.This paper reviews the development and key technologies of smart bearings,and elaborates on their monitoring parameters,including speed,slippage,load,vibration,temperature,and lubrication condition monitoring,with a focus on the integration and application of various sensing units.Furthermore,the current state of self-powered technologies is analyzed,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic generators and nanogenerators for autonomous energy harvesting.Finally,the paper summarizes the existing challenges and future trends in self-powered monitoring technologies for the operational status of smart bearings.
