Abstract
This paper presents a fiber-optic gyroscope-based high-frequency micro-angular vibration measurement sensor for satellites.To meet the satellite's requirements for high-frequency micro-angular vibration measurement,the design of precision optics,detection circuitry,and overall structural configuration is carried out.Key breakthroughs are achieved in broadband noise suppression technology,adaptive filtering-based staircase wave interference suppression technology,and integrated optoelectronic separation structure design and testing technology.The developed sensor significantly reduces the output noise power spectral density to achieve a high-frequency micro-angular vibration sensor with a detection bandwidth better than 300 Hz.Ground tests and on-orbit application verification have confirmed that the sensor's performance meets the design specifications.关键词
