摘要

Abstract

In view of the limited application of high-efficiency SO3 synergistic removal technologies such as low-low temperature electrostatic precipitator(LLTESP)and wet electrostatic precipitator in high-sulfur coal-fired power plants,and the high operation cost of alkaline sorbent injection(ASI)technology,the SO3 synergistic control route was studied in combination with a typical ultra-low emission retrofitting project of high-sulfur coal-fired power plant.The results show that the proposed technical route of selective catalytic reduction+ASI+LLTESP+wet limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization combines the ASI technology to remove SO3 with LLTESP,which can control SO3 emission concentration to 10 mg/m3 on the basis of realizing ultra-low emission of flue gas,the comprehensive removal efficiency of SO3 can reach more than 90%,and it has the advantages of various pollutants synergistic removal,energy saving and consumption reduction,which can be used for the follow-up high-sulfur coal-fired power plant reference.
