热轧带钢锥直喷嘴射流冷却系统设计

Abstract
In order to meet the temperature requirements of hot rolled strip before finishing rolling while improving rolling efficiency,a jet cooling system for strip after rough rolling is designed to solve the problem of slow cooling by traditional air cooling method and affecting the rhythm of the production line.First,a structural model of the temperature-controlled cooling system is established,and the functions and functions of its main components are analyzed;then the structural parameters of the nozzle are optimized,the appropriate model is selected,and a three-dimensional model is constructed;finally,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Fluent performs fluid dynamics simulation to obtain the temperature distribution and flow field characteristics of the strip during spray cooling.The results show that the temperature error between the simulated values and the measured data is within 15 K,which proves that the proposed model provides specific parameter basis for the transformation of the cooling system,and can be directly used for on-site nozzle layout optimization to improve the rhythm and output of the hot rolling production line.关键词
