Abstract
The safety,transdermal permeability,and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory efficacy of acne-fighting composite carriers,including nanoemulsions loaded with mandelic acid,magnolol,and bisabolol,and liposomes loaded with acetyl dipeptide-1 cetearyl ester and matrine was evaluated.HET-CAM(hen's egg chorioallantoic membrane)tests confirmed the carriers'good safety profile,showing no skin irritation.Transdermal permeation studies demonstrated that the composite carriers enhance penetration of active ingredients into the skin while maintaining high local concentrations.Antibacterial assays,including paper diffusion and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)tests,indicated that the composite carriers effectively inhibit Staphylococcus aureus and Propionibacterium acnes.Cellular experiments revealed that the carriers significantly suppressed secretion of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,and PGE2,exhibiting superior anti-inflammatory efficacy compared with the free active components at equivalent concentrations.关键词
