Abstract
Peony(Paeonia suffruticosa)was used as the raw material to prepare five different extracts via various extraction processes:woody aqueous solution from roots,woody distillate from roots,flash-extracted solution from flowers,pressed solution from flowers,and aqueous solution from flowers.HaCaT cells were employed to evaluate cytotoxicity,repair efficacy,and antioxidant activity using cell viability assays,scratch assays,and free radical detection.The results demonstrated significant differences in repair efficacy and antioxidant activity among the five extracts.Notably,Peony flower press juice and flower aqueous solution exhibited excellent repair capabilities and antioxidant potential,suggesting high value for skincare applications.关键词
