Abstract
The HP-β-CD clathrate compounds containing Pterocarpus Marsupium Bark extract was focused,which was developed in collaboration with Jiangnan University.Through systematic structural characterization and performance testing,the influence of inclusion on the key physicochemical properties of the extract was revealed.The inclusion compounds were characterized byFourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and their water solubility,stability of active substance and transdermal properties were investigated to explore the mechanism of inclusion compounds.The results showed that the Pterocarpus Marsupium Bark extract was successfully incorporated into HP-β-CD,the water solubility,stability of active substance and transdermal properties of the Pterocarpus Marsupium Bark extract were significantly improved,which greatly improved its bioavailability,and provided a reference for widely used in cosmetic formulations.关键词
