Abstract
Objective:This study aims to assess the prevalence of sexual inactivity and dissatisfaction among breast cancer survivors and to explore their determinants,including psychological distress,body image concerns,partner expecta-tions,and misconceptions about sexual activity.The findings will provide a theoretical basis for developing systematic sex-ual health interventions.Methods:A cross-sectional survey with 438 valid responses was conducted using convenience sampling.We analyzed the data using SPSS and created graphical representations using GraphPad Prism.Results:Of the 438 respondents,58.7%(257/438)reported sexual inactivity;among the 181 sexually active participants,96.7%(175/181)experienced sexual dysfunction.Multivariable regression analysis showed that sexual inactivity and low sexual satisfaction were significantly associated with misconceptions about sexual activity,psychological distress,body image dis-satisfaction,and insufficient access to sexual health management resources.Furthermore,greater partner-initiated sexual demand predicted higher levels of sexual dissatisfaction.Conclusion:Sexual inactivity and dissatisfaction are highly prev-alent among breast cancer survivors and are influenced by multiple factors.Establishing a comprehensive sexual health management system is crucial for improving the long-term quality of life of breast cancer survivors.关键词
