摘要

Abstract

An age-structured SIS(Susceptible Infectious Susceptible)disease model with environmental transmission is constructed.The basic reproduction number of the model is defined,and the local and global asymptotic stability of disease-free steady state are obtained.The existence,uniqueness and local asymptotic stability of the endemic steady state are also analyzed.The results show that environmental transmission significantly influences the dynamic stability of the age-structured SIS model.The numerical simulation results largely agree with the theoretical findings.These conclusions are important for under-standing and predicting the spread of disease in populations.
