Abstract

Optimized control of the floor radiant air-conditioning systems helps improve indoor environmental regulation and reduce energy consumption.This study proposes a multi-objective control method for the floor radiant air-conditioning systems based on load prediction.By comparing various algorithms,the best-performing prediction model is selected to establish load,indoor environment and energy consumption prediction forecasting models.A genetic algorithm is then employed to perform multi-objective optimization of the system's operating parameters,with the objectives of maintaining indoor air temperature close to the setpoint,minimizing condensation risk,and reducing energy consumption.The fresh air volume and supply water temperature are taken as decision variables and constraints are set according to the actual equipment conditions to conduct the optimization.A simulation database of a residential building equipped with a radiant air-conditioning system is established to perform multi-objective regulational optimization.Results show that after optimization,the proportion of time when the fresh air volume is greater than or equal to 250 m3/h decreases by 2.3%,while the average floor water-supply temperature increases by 0.36℃.The indoor air temperature remains nearly the same as before optimization but exhibits smaller fluctuations.The proportion of time within 15 days when the dew-point temperature difference is less than 5℃decreases from 9.17%to 6.74%.The total energy consumption of the floor radiant air-conditioning system is reduced by 18.73%,significantly improving control performance and reducing the system energy use.
