Abstract

Research on landscape patterns and ecological risk assessment is essential for promoting the rational use of regional land,and provides a scientific basis for developing effective ecological risk management policies.This study analyzes land use and landscape pattern changes in Qingdao and constructs an ecological risk index model to investigate the spatiotemporal characteristics of ecological risk from 1990 to 2020.The results indicate that cultivated land was the dominant land use type,followed by construction land.Land use changes primarily occurred in four categories:cultivated land,construction land,grassland and water bodies.In terms of landscape pattern,construction land exhibited the highest degree of fragmentation,while cultivated land consistently remained the dominant landscape type.Ecological risk levels in Qingdao showed a declining trend over time and exhibited a spatial pattern characterized by higher risk in the north and south,and lower risk in the central region.Spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed a strong positive spatial correlation of ecological risk across the city,with local spatial autocorrelation patterns primarily exhibiting low-low and high-high clustering.
