BIM技术在历史建筑保护中的应用研究进展
Research progress on the application of BIM technology in the protection of historical buildings
摘要
Abstract
With the wide application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology in various industries,its use in the field of historical building conservation is increasing day by day.This article,through a systematic literature review method,sorts out the current research status of BIM technology in the field of historical building conservation,mainly focusing on its applications in the integration of models and information of historical buildings,project implementation and management,as well as operation and maintenance management and display.In terms of model and information establishment,a full-scale protection technology system from micro-components to macro-environment can be constructed through BIM parametric modeling and"BIM+"multi-technology integration modeling.In terms of project implementation and management,BIM technology,through optimizing construction techniques at key nodes and implementing collaborative management and construction process control,can significantly enhance the precision,coordination,and management efficiency of historic building restoration,promoting the digital inheritance of traditional craftsmanship.Regarding operation and maintenance management and presentation,BIM technology enables the construction of a comprehensive platform that integrates monitoring and early warning,operation and maintenance management,and virtual presentation.This platform not only facilitates real-time monitoring of historic buildings'health status and platform-based operation and maintenance management but also enhances the presentation effectiveness of cultural heritage and public engagement through 3D visualization technology.Current research still faces challenges such as inconsistent data standards and a lack of specialized professionals.Future efforts need to continue exploring areas such as technical standardization,integration of multiple technologies,and intelligent applications.关键词
