Abstract

The problem of strong mine pressure in thick and hard roof has become one of the main disasters in deep mining.Aiming at the problem of mining field pressure behavior and large deformation of surrounding rock of adjacent goaf roadway under the conditions of thick and hard roof in 632 working face of Huangling No.1 Coal Mine,a hydraulic fracturing-drilling roof cutting collaborative pressure relief technology for hard roof is proposed.Through the combination of theoretical analysis and field test,the depth of 12 m near-field large-aperture roof-cutting pressure relief borehole is calculated.The cooperative pressure relief scheme of intensive roof cutting(spacing 400 mm)in the near field large aperture(aperture 55 mm)of the roadway and segmented hydraulic fracturing(pressure 16.0~24.0 MPa)in the far field of the adjacent roadway is designed.On-site monitoring shows that the collaborative pressure relief technology reduces the total amount of roadway roof and floor convergence by 34.8%,the amount of floor heave by 655 mm,the deformation rate by 31.7%,and the probability of excee-ding the upper and lower corner hanging area from80.2%to40.4%.The research confirms that the technology effectively controls the collapse form of thick and hard roof by cutting off the stress transfer path of roof and optimizing the stress distri-bution of surrounding rock.Compared with the traditional single pressure relief method,the collaborative pressure relief tech-nology realizes the linkage control of near-field roof cutting and far-field fracturing,which provides a new technical way to solve the problem of mine pressure control under similar geological conditions.
