Abstract
To address the issues of rock burst hazards and delayed roof collapse during the initial caving of cut opening for the fully mechanized working face with thick-hard roof,the applicability and pressure relief effects of different pressure relief technologies were investigated.Taking the 20101,20102,and 20103 working faces of Dahaize Coal Mine as case studies,three pressure relief technologies were implemented:deep-hole pre-splitting blasting,conventional hydraulic fracturing,and abrasive jet fracturing.The pressure relief effects and engineering applicability were evaluated through ground pressure mo-nitoring and roof collapse observations.Deep-hole pre-splitting blasting is a mature and low-cost technology but has limited pressure relief range and causes significant disturbance.Hydraulic fracturing offers flexible construction but is constrained by limited fracture propagation,resulting in moderate pressure relief effects.Abrasive jet axial roof-cutting fracturing can form complex fracture networks along key strata,significantly reducing roof weighting intensity and promoting timely roof col-lapse.Among the three technologies,abrasive jet fracturing demonstrates the best pressure relief effect under thick-hard roof conditions and is the preferred technology for the initial caving stage.The study establishes applicability criteria for different pressure relief technologies,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the optimal selection of pressure relief technologies during the initial caving stage of fully mechanized working faces with thick-hard roof.关键词
