Abstract
Aiming at the problem of large overburden stress and severe deformation of goaf-adjacent roadway under the con-ditions of deep buried small coal pillar,the numerical simulation on the bearing characteristics of surrounding rock around deep buried small-size coal pillar under conditions of roof cutting and pressure relief was carried out.The variation law of bearing stress of stope floor and supporting structure in goaf-adjacent entry during working face advance was analyzed,and the roadway protection mechanism of small coal pillar with roof-cutting and pressure-relief stope was revealed.The results show that under the conditions of deep buried coal pillar within working face bears most of overburden stresses during work-ing face advance.Under these circumstances,it is challenging for safe mining with conditions that small-size coal pillar was retained in the working face.By implementing roof cutting and lateral pressure relief,the support stress of the small coal pil-lar can be reduced by 21.1%,the stress of the advanced support regions can be reduced by 15.4%,and the overall stope stress has been greatly improved.Meanwhile,the stress of the support structure within the roadway is greatly reduced,which can significantly reduce the cost of support while ensuring the safe mining of coal,and ensure the safe and efficientmining of deep coal seams.关键词
