Abstract
To determine the support parameters for the transportation roadway of Changcheng No.3 Mine,three different sup-port schemes were studied based on the theory of roadway rock loosening zone and numerical simulation method,and the op-timal scheme was obtained and applied to industrial sites.The results show that:Based on the theory of surrounding rock loosening zone,the height of the roof loosening zone is Ls=3.63 m,and the loosening zone of the two sides is Le=2.38 m.Three support schemes,with anchor length of 7 300 mm and two sets of anchor rods with a length of 3 000 mm.All of them effectively pass through the plastic failure zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway,so the length of anchor rod and cable support used on site is feasible.Through numerical simulation,it was determined that option one is the optimal solution,and the row spacing between the roof and the two sides'anchor rods was determined to be 1 000 mm×1 000 mm and 1 500 mm×1 000 mm,respectively.The row spacing of the anchor cables was 2 000 mm,with a spacing of 1 500 mm.Through on-site industrial tests,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway can be divided into rapid deformation stage,slow de-formation stage,and gradually stabilizing stage.The maximum displacement of the convergence of the roof and floor of the roadway surrounding rock reaches 115 mm,and the maximum convergence of the two sides reaches 141 mm.The deforma-tion of the surrounding rock in the roadway is relatively small,which can effectively control the deformation of the surround-ing rock.关键词
