摘要
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of digital technologies,Building Information Modeling(BIM)has become an indispensable development direction in the construction industry. However, the application of BIM technology in the field of water conservancy construction-particularly in land acquisition and compensation-remains in its exploratory stage.Although extensive theoretical and practical studies exist on land acquisition compensation, research on leveraging BIM to support compensation processes is still limited. This study focuses on land acquisition compensation for water conservancy projects and explores the feasibility of applying BIM in this context.Using Revit as the development platform, secondary development functions were designed through programming to enable cost estimation and compensation calculation directly based on three-dimensional engineering models. The proposed BIM-based approach aims to improve compensation accuracy, enhance visualization, and support digital decision-making in water conservancy project management.关键词
