Abstract

A small-scale experiment and expanded continuous semi industrial experiment were conducted on a lead containing silver barite ore with Pb grade of 2.54%,Ag grade of 43.46g/t,and BaSO4 grade of 43.46%using an XRT intelligent sorting machine.The selected particle size for waste disposal was+15-60mm,and the operational waste disposal rate was 41.86%,with a total waste disposal rate of 28.42%.The tailings had Pb grade of 0.303%,Ag grade of 5.04g/t,and BaS04 grade of 1.01%.The total concentrate had Pb grade of 3.43%,Ag grade of 58.71g/t,and BaSO4 grade of 58.71%.The recovery rates of Pb,Ag,and BaSO4 were 96.61%,96.70%,and 99.31%,respectively.Indicators.
